The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and IT operations, with extensive experience in implementing and managing DevOps practices and tools. You will play a critical role in optimizing our development processes, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of high-quality software solutions.The roleUnderstand application and platform requirements and project KPIs.Set up tools and required infrastructure provisioning.Define and set development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations.Implement various development, testing, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure.Apply troubleshooting techniques and fix code bugs effectively.Monitor processes throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring adherence and implementing improvements to minimize waste.Establish and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools.Drive continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipelines (CI/CD Pipeline).Monitor and measure customer experience and KPIs to ensure service excellence.Manage periodic reporting on progress to management and customers.Handle incident management and conduct root cause analysis.Coordinate and communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders.What You’ll BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8-12 years of industry experience with a focus on development and DevOps.Proven experience in software development, IT operations, or similar roles.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java.Extensive experience with DevOps tools and technologies including Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Ansible.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.About UsWe’re a global, team of innovators.
