We're looking for a HR Operations Field.Job description:The HR Operations Field Partner plays a key role in supporting restaurant operations by ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant people processes across multiple locations. This is a highly hands-on, field-based role focused on recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR operations execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position works closely with General Managers, Operations leadership, and HR Business Partners to deliver a strong employee experience and maintain operational excellence in-store.Field Presence & Store SupportConduct regular visits to assigned restaurant locations (minimum twice per week)Partner with General Managers and Operations teams to assess staffing needs and operational challengesParticipate in store meetings and provide HR guidance on-siteRecruitment & Hiring SupportExecute full-cycle hourly recruitment for restaurant positionsSource candidates through job boards, local outreach, and community engagementConduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with store leadershipEnsure stores maintain proper hiring materials and employer branding presenceOnboarding & Employee ExperienceSupport onboarding and orientation processes for new hiresConduct follow-ups with new employees to assess training and integrationEnsure completion of onboarding documentation and compliance requirementsSupport benefit enrollment processes and employee communicationEmployee Relations & HR OperationsAssist with employee relations matters, attendance, and performance concernsSupport employee lifecycle processes including hires, terminations, transfers, and changesPartner with payroll teams to resolve employee pay-related issuesMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policiesSystems & Process AdoptionSupport implementation and usage of HR systems (e.g., ADP or similar)Train store teams on HR tools and processesEnsure proper documentation and reporting across assigned locationsWhat You Bring / Lo que Tú Aportas· 2–4 years of experience in HR, staffing, or operations within restaurant, retail, or high-volume environments· Hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee support· Bilingual (English/Spanish) required· Strong understanding of operational environments and workforce dynamics· Experience with HR systems (ADP or similar) and basic Excel skills preferred· Ability to travel regularly between store locationsCompensation Package:Salary range: $36,000KPhone allowanceGas allowancePTOJoin our familia and lead a team that shares your passion for food, culture, and service.¡Hagamos historia, un taco a la vez!Company Description Hospitality Pro Search has been in business for over 25 years and is a leading executive search firm dedicated exclusively to the hospitality industry.
