The Immigration Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting case research, and managing correspondence related to immigration matters. The role involves drafting and filing visa applications, reviewing client documents for compliance, and tracking case deadlines. There will be an expectation to maintain organized case files and liaise with clients to gather required information and provide case updates. Qualifications Familiarity with Immigration Issues, including visa processes and complianceStrong knowledge of Immigration Law and related legal frameworksExperience with Legal Document Preparation and high attention to detailBasic understanding of legal principles, with a focus on Law and regulationsStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsProficiency with legal research tools and case management softwareBachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred; prior experience in immigration law is a significant plusAbility to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
