Litigation Paralegal

International law firm in NYC is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their organization. Minimum of 2 years litigation experience is required, with a preference for civil litigation.Hybrid schedule: onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remoteSalary: 70-85k base + OT & bonusHours: 9:30am - 5:30pmResponsibilities:Organize and tab exhibits, prepare witness kits, and assemble trial binders.Review and redact documents for case-sensitive matters.Monitor case dockets and summarize relevant pleadings and applications.Coordinate logistics for depositions and court appearances.Summarize trial transcripts and manage post-trial documents.Proofread and cite check legal documents using established standards.Collaborate with attorneys and colleagues in a team environment.Respond to competing demands with flexibility and adaptability.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred.Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience; civil litigation preferred.Experience in tracking billable hours is highly beneficial.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Flexibility to work overtime as required.
