Chief of Staff

Our client, an AI-driven platform—designed by former forensic accountants and investigators—helps organizations uncover financial misconduct faster and more effectively. The company is looking for a Chief of Staff on a hybrid basis in NYC.This is a high-impact position working directly with the CEO. You will operate as a strategic partner and execution leader, helping translate vision into action across the business.Duties:Drive execution of company-wide strategic initiativesAct as a proxy for the CEO in meetings, client interactions, and product demosBuild and scale internal operations across finance, sales, and processesSupport go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and enterprise sales effortsLead financial planning, KPI tracking, and Series A readinessImprove systems, workflows, and operational efficiencyManage U.S. operational requirements (compliance, payroll, multi-state setup)Own complex problems end-to-end across functionsIdeal Candidate:3–5 years' experience in a startup, tech, or finance environmentHighly execution-driven with a strong bias for actionCommercially minded and confident in enterprise-facing conversationsStrong financial acumen (KPIs, forecasting, investor discussions)Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environmentsResourceful, independent, and solutions-orientedExcellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsExcellent compensation.If you're interested, please apply to us at Cadence Counsel ASAP!
