Lease Operator

Job description:Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Operator to join our team. The Lease Operator will be responsible for the overall management of the site, including production operations, equipment maintenance, compressor systems, and personnel support.Location: Pecos, TX (Candidates within a 60-mile radius will be considered)Schedule: 10 days on 4 days offDuties:Operate, monitor, and maintain compressor systems and production equipmentPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on wells, compressors, tanks, and facilitiesMonitor production operations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standardsTroubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs as neededMaintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activitiesQualifications:Minimum 2+ years proven experience as a Lease Operator in the oil and gas industryHands-on experience with compressors and production equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to safety complianceAbility to work independently in a fast-paced field environmentThe successful candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and possess the technical skills necessary to efficiently operate and maintain lease production facilities.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: In person
