Senior Accounting Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness across all transaction cycles Drive process improvements and support month-end and year-end close processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive accounting experience, including government contracting experience Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing accounting or financial teams Experience managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance with federal regulations
