You'll help shape the direction of complex systems that support real-world operational missions from concept through deployment.What You'll Be Doing:Lead a team of software and network engineers through the full development lifecycleDrive software architecture and technical design decisionsOversee systems integration, verification, testing, and deploymentPartner with Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Test Engineering to deliver high-quality solutionsSupport project planning, technical reviews (PDR/CDR), customer engagements, and proposal effortsHelp define the long-term technical strategy for future products and capabilitiesWe're Looking For:10+ years of software engineering experiencePrevious technical leadership or engineering management experienceStrong background in software architecture and distributed systemsExperience with systems integration and software verification/testingExcellent communication and customer-facing technical leadership skillsHighly Desired Experience:Aerospace, defense, or other regulated industriesMission-critical or real-time systemsNetwork infrastructure and communications systemsFormal engineering design reviews (PDR/CDR)Requirements development and technical documentationThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical leadership with hands-on engineering and wants to have a direct impact on the development of advanced aerospace technologies.
