ID Badge Unit Officer

IntroductionThe Identification Badge Unit is critical to a successful access control management system. This position ensures the delivery of the highest standard of access control to the site. The primary function is to verify identities, issue and remove access via approved protocols for ID badges and parking passes to ensure integrity of the ID badge system, and to ensure they remain effective and compliant with security and safety standards. Training and awareness are key to maintaining a secure and efficient identification badge unit. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in access control or security management systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keepingAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityProficiency in using security systems and badge printing equipmentPrior work experience at client or in client's Industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with Enterprise Security SystemsExperience in training personnel on security protocolsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential security risks Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage the issuance, renewal, and deactivation of identification badges for all personnelMaintain accurate records of all issued badges, including names, departments, and badge numbersEnsure the security and integrity of the identification badge systemConduct regular maintenance checks on badge printers and related equipmentProvide training for new employees on the badge issuance process and security protocols For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
