Geneva -Project Manager

Project LeadershipLead end-of-the-end delivery of strategic and tactical technology initiatives related to portfolio accounting, data integration, and operational efficiency.Partner with investment, operations, and finance teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables using structured PM frameworks (Agile/Waterfall as appropriate).Track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate project risks and blockers.Communicate project status, issues, and decisions to senior stakeholders through regular steering committee updates.Coordinate with technology, vendors, and data teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.Functional Expertise – Hedge Fund SystemsOwn Geneva-related initiatives — upgrades, new fund setups, configuration changes, and data integrations.Define and manage data interfaces between Geneva and other systems such as:Order Management Systems (OMS) – trade capture and allocationsPortfolio Management Systems (PMS) – exposure and performanceRisk Systems – sensitivities, VaR, stress testingData Warehouse / Reporting Layer – downstream consumption and dashboardsDocument and optimize data flow from trade capture to NAV production, ensuring data integrity and reconciliation between systems.Collaborate with business users to validate Geneva outputs — positions, valuations, accruals, and performance reports.Partner with Accounting and Operations to troubleshoot data and workflow discrepancies.
