Sr Project Manager

Role: Sr Project Manager Term: Full Time ( Hybrid)Location: NYC, NYMode: Hybrid ( 2-3 Days work from office)Job Discription:As the Project Manager, you will manage projects for our Enterprise application by providing day-to-day leadership to analyze their requirements, developing designs, and implementing in-house legacy solution solutions.Experience with handling custom development projects and integration with third party could-based solutions.Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned projects or portfolio of projects.Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for the business and the operational aspects of the project, including a focus on building strong business relationships.Facilitate regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.Assist IS team members in the key project delivery during requirements, design, testing and user acceptance testing sessions.Coordinate IS project teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers.Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsConduct the Business Requirements gathering and To-Be state design workshopsPreferred Skills:Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to work cohesively within a team and/or effectively as an individual.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management.Professional and confident while maintaining a focus on business successExperience with building project roadmap & resourcing across different teamExperience with supply chain solutions like warehouse management solution, transportation managementExperience in retail and e-commerce industryMust be detail-oriented, self-organized, be committed to quality and be capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously
