If you are an ambitious, flexible and dependable individual who is always seeking to improve and truly enjoys engaging with customers, this job is for you!What You Will DoResearch new prospect dealerships and understand their needs in order to provide a customized onboarding experienceEffectively communicate the ACV advantage, key differentiators, and the value that ACV adds to dealersEffectively speak with and motivate dealers and managers at dealershipsWalk dealers through the use of our ACV Auctions platform (app and desktop), our policies, and review best practicesProactively communicate with new dealers via phone, email and text/SMSWork with the Dealer Onboarding team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition of account information as the Dealer moves into the next phase of partnering with ACVRespond to leads and tasks in a timely fashionEffectively communicate with field sales organization and adjacent departmentsCapture key contact information and sales interaction information in Salesforce applicationStrive to meet and exceed all assigned Key Performance Indicator metricsPerform other duties as assigned.What You Will NeedHigh school diploma or GED- required4 year/ Bachelors degree- preferred2 year(s) Telesales in a B to B environmentAbility to read, write speak and understand EnglishA reliable self- starter attitude who is capable of thriving in an entrepreneurial environmentThe desire to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done; doing whatever it takes to delight a customer while still getting the job doneCall center experience or relevant experience selling is a plus.Direct selling of commodity/ non- commodity products and services or consultative sales background will also be considered.Team player and adaptableA history of winning awards for being awesome in some way.Excellent communication skills and organizational skillsA sense of urgency and self- motivation.Compensation: $20.00 per hour. At target performance, this position is eligible to earn up to $2,000 in additional monthly compensation pursuant to ACV’s incentive compensation plan.
