At TP, the sky is the limit!PurposeThe SDR is responsible for building a high-quality pipeline through targeted, multi-channel prospecting. This role specializes by industry- leveraging vertical expertise , social selling, and account-based strategies to engage decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities for the business development team.This is a hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV . You'll work onsite during onboarding and ramp , with the opportunity to transition to a primarily remote schedule based on performance. Ongoing, you'll be expected to be in the office a few times per month.Your Responsibilities Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate qualified meetingsResearch accounts and tailor messaging based on industry and business needsBuild and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suitePartner with marketing and business development to support virtual and in-person event marketing supportTrack activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM and sales toolsContinuously test, iterate, and improve outreach strategies and messagingQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-4 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experienceExperience in a role with variable compensation tied to performance goalsProven ability to prospect into complex or enterprise environmentsComfortable with high-volume outbound, including cold calling and multi-channel outreachStrong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makersExperience with social selling (LinkedIn, digital channels)Highly organized, self-starter with strong ownership and follow-throughResilient and motivated in a performance-driven environmentExperience in technology, SaaS, or B2B servicesFamiliarity with account-based or verticalized sellingBe Part of Our TP FamilyIt is our mission to always provide an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported, so that they can bring their best selves to work every day.
