This individual will play a critical role in supporting continued growth by managing operations, accounting oversight, business processes, contracts, and overall organizational efficiency.The ideal candidate is practical, hardworking, and adaptable — someone who can roll up their sleeves, support the operational side of the business, and become a trusted long-term leader within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily business operations and support overall company performanceManage and lead a small operations team of approximately 5 employeesPartner closely with ownership on strategic planning, operational improvements, and company growth initiativesOversee accounting-related functions including financial processes, reporting, taxes, budgeting, and vendor coordinationReview and manage contracts, operational procedures, and internal workflowsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and scalability across the businessBuild strong relationships with office staff, field employees, and skilled labor teamsMaintain a visible, hands-on presence within the operation and industrial environmentQualificationsExperience in business operations, operations management, finance leadership, or executive-level operational supportStrong understanding of accounting, financial oversight, and business operationsPrior leadership or management experience requiredComfortable working in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or blue-collar environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levelsSelf-starter mentality with a hardworking, “boots on the ground” approachExperience supporting small to mid-sized businesses preferredSomeone eager to learn the business, understand operations deeply, and grow with the company long termThis is not a highly corporate or overly polished environment.
