With a strong balance sheet, blue‑chip institutional backing, and a high‑quality, large‑scale asset base, the company is recognized for operational excellence, financial discipline, and a long‑term, growth‑oriented mindset.As a Corporate Development Manager, you will sit at the center of the company's growth strategy. This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to executive leadership, hands‑on ownership of end‑to‑end M&A transactions, and the chance to influence both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. You'll also have opportunities to engage with key clients and strategic partners, making this a broad, impactful commercial role rather than a purely analytical seat.Key Responsibilities* Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships aligned with long-term growth objectives* Build and maintain detailed financial models to support transaction evaluation and investment decisions* Coordinate and execute comprehensive due diligence processes in partnership with internal stakeholders and external advisors* Prepare investment committee and board-level materials related to strategic transactionsQualifications* 4-6 years of investment banking experience, ideally with strong M&A exposure* Transaction experience across buy-side and/or sell-side processes* Oil & gas, energy, or asset-heavy services industry experience strongly preferred* Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills* Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently and interact effectively with senior leadership* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business
