Role: Enterprise / Solution Architecture - Application Portfolio RationalizationLocation: Washington, DC 20433Duration: Long TermHybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soonScope of Work1. Program Delivery• Lead end-to-end application rationalization to reduce portfolio complexity, optimize cost/value, and enforce architectural standards• Assess existing applications and infrastructure for efficiency and improvement opportunities• Drive portfolio optimization and architectural consistency2. Application & Portfolio Rationalization• Application portfolio analysis and segmentation (e.g., keep / retire / replace / re-platform)• Redundancy detection and consolidation strategies• Cost-value-risk analysis of applications3.
