Learn more atbitwarden.com .As the Engineering Manager for the Autofill and Desktop Native teams at Bitwarden, you will lead two teams of talented engineers responsible for some of the most user-facing and technically demanding parts of our product. The Autofill team owns browser autofill and form detection, including the inline menu, context menu, in-browser notifications, and passkey prompts in the browser extension. The Desktop Native team owns desktop autofill and native OS integrations including the SSH agent, Autotype, native passkeys, and the DuckDuckGo integration.These are high-visibility, high-complexity areas. Autofill must work reliably across an enormous variety of websites built with wildly different markup and form patterns, while maintaining the strict security boundaries required when handling sensitive credential data. Your engineers work at the intersection of browser security, DOM behavior, OS-level APIs, and cross-platform native development, and when something doesn't work, your users notice immediately. This role requires a manager who can hold technical complexity in one hand and customer empathy in the other.Both teams are part of the Feature Engineering group.
