PCIS Programming Engineer Date: 18 Sep 2024 Location: Lagrange State: GA Country: US Company: LTTS Job Description & Skill Requirement: Provide support for installation, commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting for various control and automation projects. Design Control System Architecture (CSA). Design control study / URD (User Required Document) for the PLC & HMI programming. Machine vision camera integration with PLCs. Design electrical & control panel layout, control schematic drawings and Bill of Material (BOM). Design, review and perform safety validation, safety maps, IQ/OQ, documents for new equipment installation at site. Perform multi-discipline and vendor co-ordination for new equipment installation. Review vendor & engineering documents as per project requirement. Design feasibility study design basis document and detail engineering technical documents Cable schedule, Device List/ Tag List for new equipment / machine. Design & review technical documents like engineering information for fabricator / contractor for activities to be performed in sequence at site for site clearance and new installation. Deliver complex, large-scale projects on time and within the budget in compliance with NEC, NFPA79, OSHA, S88 and PackML Standards. Qualification: BE (Electrical, Instrumentation and control)
