Human Resources Business Partner
Job Title: HRBP- Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: El Paso- Onsite M-F 8-5 PMContract: 6 months with possibility of extension• Manage day to day employee relations and HR related questions leveraging our internal HR Shared Service model; first point of contact for all hourly associates• Lead on employee escalations, investigations, complaintsProvide support and coaching to Front Line Supervisors• Support HR Manager in coaching the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR matters• Provide advice concerning matters with employee discipline and conflict resolution• Facilitate HR system processes and ensure data accuracy through digital tools; analyze data to support HR team in making better and strategic recommendations to the business• Own and lead all hourly recruitment at the site: sourcing, coordinating interviews, hiring, onboarding, etc.• Participate in improvement and innovation efforts through ownership and management of the “People” aspect of the Performance System (SPS) in the manufacturing environment.Talent Management & People Development:• Lead employee hiring/contractor conversion efforts to ensure continuity in workforce requirements• Contribute to employees' professional development and embrace the talent strategy bysupporting the identification and assessment of the best talent as well as ways to support and develop our people• Facilitate and lead learning initiatives across the site. Partner with other functions to provideresources to develop our teams• Facilitate and lead the various initiatives for digital connectivity for our hourly associatesEmployee Engagement:• Maintain positive employee engagement by focusing on listening strategies to gatherfeedback and provide coaching to leadership teams on solutions for improvement.• Lead employee activities, employee recognition programs, career development and communication forums.• Lead DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Committee at the site• Lead community involvement with local schools and colleges to improve employer branding and talent acquisition effortsWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related disciplinewith 2+ years’ experience in HR generalist area• Must have domestic mobility (international mobility a plus!)• Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, influence, drive for results, effective planning & prioritization, and project management• Strong verbal and written communications skills working in a manufacturing setting• You must be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment• Previous work in a manufacturing environment and enjoy partnering with line and unit managers is a plus• Proficiency in Excel, as well as ability to manage digital systems to analyze data• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
