Full Stack Developer

Job Summary (Full Stack Developer) Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using Angular and/or React, .NET/C#, Azure, REST APIs, and cloud technologies. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and drive projects from concept to delivery. Build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications following best software engineering practices. Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, code reviews, and application deployments. Work independently, defining technical direction, prototyping solutions, and managing ambiguous requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of projects through all development stages. Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to enhance productivity and software quality, with proven hands-on experience. Demonstrate strong experience in both frontend (Angular/React) and backend (.NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs) development. Design and build enterprise applications, particularly in banking, lending, payments, underwriting, or core financial domains. Implement microservices, system integrations, and modern software architecture. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and presenting technical solutions confidently. Apply recent hands-on experience with modern .NET, cloud technologies (especially Azure), APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. End-to-end application ownership, from inception through production. Direct banking industry experience required.
