Full Stack Software Developer (.NET & React, AI-Enabled SDLC) | Hybrid | Full-time-ContractLocation: Summit, New Jersey (Hybrid)🏢 Work Model (Hybrid): 3 days per week in-office & 2 days Remote💼 Experience: 5+ years🌎 Engagement: Onsite, United StatesWe are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Software Developer with strong expertise in .NET/C# and React, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools.In this role, you will build scalable enterprise applications while working closely with our internal AI team to refine AI-driven software development frameworks, accelerate delivery, and improve software quality.What You’ll Do:Full Stack Development;Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces and robust backend services.Develop and consume RESTful APIs and contribute to microservices-based architectures.Ensure code quality, performance, security, maintainability, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.AI-Enabled Software Development;Use tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.Apply AI across the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Leverage structured AI SDLC frameworks, such as BMAD or equivalent, to improve development workflows.Help establish best practices for AI-assisted engineering and prompt-driven development.Framework Collaboration and Innovation;Work closely with the internal AI team to refine, validate, and pressure-test AI development frameworks.Participate in pilot programs, experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement initiatives.Help shape the organization’s approach to AI-driven software development.Solution Design and Agile Delivery;Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs.Participate in Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery, rapid feedback, and continuous alignment.Required Qualifications;Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.Strong proficiency in:.NET, C#, and ASP.NET CoreReact, JavaScript, and TypeScriptRESTful APIs and microservicesHands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices, including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.Ability to work three days per week in-office across Summit, NJ.Preferred Qualifications;Experience with AI SDLC frameworks such as BMAD or equivalent.Experience with prompt-driven development and automated code-generation workflows.Background in enterprise-scale framework, platform, or application development.Familiarity with Azure, AWS, and modern DevOps pipelines.Experience collaborating with AI, product, and engineering teams.What We’re Looking For;Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, AI-driven environments.Adaptability and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.An ownership mindset focused on outcomes, quality, and delivery.Why This Role?This is an opportunity to contribute to the future of software engineering by combining strong full stack development expertise with practical AI-enabled SDLC innovation.
