Program Support Specialist (Hybrid)We are seeking a highly organized Program Support Specialist to support a technology-focused leadership team within a structured enterprise environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational processes run efficiently by coordinating programs, maintaining documentation systems, and supporting leadership initiatives.This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders while helping improve processes that impact organizational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport program initiatives, performance processes, and organizational prioritiesCoordinate meetings, town halls, offsites, and leadership eventsMaintain SharePoint sites, tracking tools, and documentation repositoriesTrack action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple initiativesAssist with performance management workflows and reporting processesPrepare presentations, correspondence, and leadership materialsManage complex calendars and coordinate scheduling logisticsSupport onboarding activities, training coordination, and employee engagement initiativesMaintain accurate records in accordance with compliance requirementsAssist with travel coordination, documentation, and reportingQualificationsExperience supporting business operations, programs, or leadership teamsStrong SharePoint experience (document libraries, workflows, permissions)Strong organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience coordinating meetings and tracking deliverablesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience working in structured or process-driven environmentsPreferredExperience with Workday or HR systemsExperience with Visio or MS ProjectExperience supporting performance review cyclesExperience creating SOPs or process documentationWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule (3 days onsite weekly)Collaborative team environmentOpportunity to support organizational initiatives and leadership operations
