Administrative Assistant II
DescriptionThis position will support the IT leadership organization and will be responsible for performing administrative tasks including some project management activities. The position requires an individual who possesses initiative, judgment and a broad knowledge of the Company organization, policies, practices, and procedures.Specifically, this position will:Manage calendars for the IT leadership team which includes meeting preparation, creating agendas, etcPrepare and processes various forms and reports such as time sheets, expense reports, authorizations for payment, purchase requisitions, vacation schedules, vehicle reports, etc.Prepare reports, gathers material for inclusion in reports, presentations, or special assignments. Insures that data is complete and in proper format.Prepare and reviews documentation for budgets and forecasts from source documents.Gather information required for IT projects, creating files and ensuring information is on the company's network.Technical Knowledge/Skills:Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is requiredGood oral and written communication skillsAbility to communicate effectively with all peopleDemonstrated ability to handle confidential or sensitive mattersDemonstrated ability/willingness to take initiative and ability to make sound judgementAbility to work independently as well as collaborativelyAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasksDemonstrated ability to manage deadlines, handle confidential and sensitive matters and follow through on assignmentsEducation/ Experience:High school diploma with specialization in business courses or the equivalent.Benefits:HealthDentalVisionLife InsuranceShort Term DisabilityHoliday Pay
