Marketing Development Representative (Growth Marketing) - Hybrid

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Marketing Development Representative to support growth marketing initiatives within a B2B financial services environment. This role focuses on execution and coordination across field event recruitment, account-based marketing (ABM) research and enablement, and marketing qualified lead (MQL) analytics support.This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, data-curious, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to keep complex workstreams moving forward.Key ResponsibilitiesField Event Recruitment — Own recruitment execution for priority field and in-person events. Partner with Sales, Field Events, and Marketing to drive qualified registrations and confirmed attendance. Execute outreach using call and email sequences via Outreach. Track recruitment funnel metrics (invites, registrations, confirmations, attendance) and flag risks early. Recommend and implement optimizations to improve show rates.ABM Target Account Research & Enablement — Support ABM initiatives through target account research, list hygiene, and engagement analysis. Monitor engagement trends across assigned target accounts and surface insights. Recommend next-step actions to Sales and draft supporting email or call scripts. Execute tailored outreach when needed to accelerate engagement and pipeline growth. Support list imports for ABM programs (e.g., content syndication).MQL Analysis & Marketing Ops Support — Partner with the hiring manager to monitor MQL performance trends. Help investigate and resolve MQL routing and operational issues. Drive cross-functional follow-through to resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.RequirementsRequired Qualifications2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, marketing development, sales development (BDR), or similar rolesStrong experience supporting B2B / enterprise marketing effortsHands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and 6senseExperience with event recruitment, ABM, or account engagement strategiesStrong organizational, project management, and time management skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and adjust tacticsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred BackgroundSales Development / BDR experience with a strong interest in MarketingMarketing experience with close alignment and partnership with SalesJ-18808-Ljbffr
