In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting former residents, negotiating repayment terms, and handling disputes related to rental balances, evictions, lease breaks, and property damages. We provide comprehensive paid training on our cutting-edge collections system, apartment-specific account handling, and compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices (FDCPA) and client requirements.
