Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the financial strategy and growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving capital raising, overseeing investor and financing activities, and building the financial and operational systems necessary to support the company's expansion and commercialization. This includes owning and directing the financial roadmap, designing and managing capital strategies, and collaborating with executive leadership on business strategy and long-range planning. The CFO will also be tasked with cultivating relationships with investors, banks, and other key stakeholders, as well as ensuring the company's financial processes, systems, and internal controls are scalable and in line with regulatory standards.Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or professional certification highly valued. A minimum of 15 years' senior finance experience, including a proven track record in leading a company through a public listing process or executing major capital markets transactions, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, long-term planning, and capital markets strategy, as well as experience in securing and structuring complex, large-scale financing for capital-intensive projects. Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic decision-making are essential, as is a history of building and scaling finance teams within early- to growth-stage organizations. A solid understanding of cost structures, operational finance, and supply chain dynamics within a production environment, along with strong interpersonal and communication capabilities, is also necessary. An interest in sustainability, innovative materials, and technology-driven change in the construction and industrial sectors is a key attribute for the role.Hiring Manager Title
