Vice President of Sales, Target Account

🚀 We’re Hiring: Vice President of Sales, Target Account Mad Engine is looking for a dynamic, strategic sales leader to own and grow one of our most critical partnerships, Target. This is a high-impact executive role where you’ll drive revenue, shape account strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class product assortments in a fast-paced retail environment. 💼 What You’ll Do: • Co-own the full P&L for the Target account in partnership with the SVP, General Manager, driving revenue and margin growth • Build and execute long-term strategies aligned with Target’s business goals • Lead executive-level relationships with Target merchants and leadership • Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams • Identify new business opportunities across categories and programs 🎯 What We’re Looking For: • 10–15+ years of sales leadership experience in wholesale (apparel preferred) • Proven success managing major mass retail accounts (Target experience strongly preferred) • Strong strategic, financial, and negotiation skills • A collaborative leader who thrives in complex, high-volume retail environments 📍 Location: Los Angeles, Minneapolis or San Diego preferred; open to remote for exceptional candidates within the U.S. Regular travel expected as needed. 💰 Compensation: Expected base ranges from $200,000/yr - $250,000/yr, of course company is open to adjusting this range for the right candidate. In addition to base salary, this role offers significant performance-based incentive compensation with substantial earnings upside.
