Job FunctionsThis employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.Job Functions:Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer systemAssesses customer need for additional products/servicesAssesses customer compliance with physician ordersAnswers questions and provides customer education regarding products/servicesDocuments calls in computerized record keeping systemEnters customer orders in computerized systemVerifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
