This role will coordinate vendors, infrastructure teams, and application stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of hospital technology projects.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage technical projects across hospital environments including infrastructure and clinical systemsCoordinate with telecom, networking, and application teams on technology implementationsWork with hospital stakeholders to determine technology needs for clinical spacesAssist with planning and mapping technology requirements for Epic environmentsReview construction drawings and blueprints to determine technology placement and infrastructure requirementsOversee vendors and contractors working on hospital technology projectsTrack project timelines, risks, and deliverables while communicating updates to leadershipFacilitate collaboration between clinical teams, IT departments, and external vendorsRequirements:Must-Haves:Experience working as a Project Manager within a hospital or health system environmentExposure to healthcare IT systems, workflows, or infrastructure projectsExperience coordinating technical teams, vendors, or contractorsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and clinical stakeholdersStrong critical thinking skills and the ability to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and clarify requirementsNice-to-Haves:Exposure to Epic EHR environments or Epic implementation projectsFamiliarity with hospital infrastructure technologies (networking, telecom, cabling)Ability to read or interpret construction blueprints or facility drawingsExperience working on healthcare construction or facility technology deploymentsUnderstanding of healthcare workflows such as inpatient units, ED, ICU, etc.
