To shape a newly unified sales organization, the full-time remote Sales Vice President will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, lead complex enterprise deals, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure revenue growth and market leadership.

Lead as a player-coach, supporting sales engineers on complex opportunities and managing key enterprise deals
Build and scale the sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellenceRequired qualifications15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 10 years in senior sales leadership roles
5+ years of experience selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology
Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
Experience in building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up
Background in scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies
