Sales Director, East, is a full-time position responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expand strategic accounts while ensuring revenue performance and pipeline generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East region
Own regional revenue performance, ensuring consistent attainment of quarterly and annual targets
Drive pipeline generation and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibilityRequired Qualifications3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of meeting revenue targets
Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
Bachelor's degree required
