Come join us!Position Summary: The Construction Draw Administrator is responsible for managing and coordinating construction loan draw processes from loan setup through payoff. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, inspectors, and borrowers, ensuring timely inspections, accurate documentation, and compliant disbursements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple loans and deadlines simultaneously.Key Responsibilities: Construction Draw ProcessingProcess construction loan draws accurately and in a timely mannerVerify draw documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to disbursementTrack draw balances, retainage, and remaining loan proceedsResolve draw-related discrepancies, shortages, or documentation issuesHandle participation loan drawsInspectionsSet up inspections for construction loansOrder inspections and analyze inspection resultsReview and process inspection invoicesLoan & File SetupSet up new construction loans in the systemEstablish and maintain complete loan filesPull required documentation from loan softwarePrepare files for inspections and draw processingComplete paid-off loan file takedownsCommunication & SupportCommunicate draw status and requirements with internal teams, inspectors, and borrowersProvide onboarding communications to new construction loan borrowersFollow up on late paymentsAssist with ACH setup for borrower paymentsInsurance & ComplianceManage insurance cancellationsConfirm insurance documents comply with internal policiesReportingPull and maintain reports and dashboards as neededProvide updates and status tracking for managementExperience:RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesComfortable working with loan systems and digital documentationProfessional written and verbal communication skillsPreferredExperience with construction loans, draw administration, or loan servicingFamiliarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systemsExperience working with inspections, invoices, or escrow-related processesSkills:Time management and prioritizationAnalytical and problem-solving skillsCustomer service mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGranite Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer Note: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
