SOX Senior Associate

The SOX Senior Associate will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of SOX compliance programs within the financial services industry. This role requires expertise in risk assessment, process improvement, and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Description Develop and implement SOX compliance programs, policies, and procedures. Oversee risk assessments to identify key controls and areas of improvement. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with SOX regulations. Lead testing and documentation of internal controls to evaluate effectiveness. Provide recommendations for process improvements and control enhancements. Prepare detailed reports on compliance findings and present to senior management. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure alignment with industry standards. Mentor and guide team members to foster professional development. Profile A successful SOX Senior Associate Director should have: Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in risk and compliance functions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders and team members.
