What to Expect
We are seeking Technical Program Manager, Electrical. The successful candidate will lead electrical improvement programs related to facilities systems for all production areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable hand over of new systems to operations & maintenance and manage continuous improvements programs.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with Facilities team for turnover of systems. Support O&M with troubleshooting system failures and reporting of events
Participate and provide feedback in design reviews of capital projects
Understand Sequence of Operation (SOO) and how system is designed to operate
Understand electrical switching needs and various operations sequences and scenarios
Configure and program SEL relays based on design documentation
Provide coaching and mentoring to direct reports (both hourly and supervisory) on facilities hand off procedure and coordinate hand off task along with tracking progress
Send weekly progress on systems/assets handed off to O&M
What You’ll Bring
2+ years commissioning electrical system and devices for large capital projects
Experience implementing TPM, 5S is a plus
Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision
Flexible and able to adapt to current and new company requirements
Ability to interact and coordinate with other departments and possesses great organizational skills
