Job Description Position Description: We are seeking a Lead Maintenance who thrives in working independently to get the work done! You will perform necessary work assigned by the Property Manager to keep apartments, mechanical equipment, pools, service request and make readies in good working condition.Responsibilities:Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildingsComplete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashionOversee the make ready processOrder and replace broken parts or equipmentMaintain a clean community and a safe workspacePerform other duties, as assignedQualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with hand-held tools and equipmentDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to handle physical workloadMust be EPA Type II CertificationHVAC Certification $23.00 - $28.00 Hourly
