Fix what breaks. Prevent what you can.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be working on equipment daily—not sitting behind a screen. If you like solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing immediate results from your work, this role fits.What You’ll Be DoingHands-On Maintenance & Repairs (Primary Focus)Diagnose and repair equipment issues in real timeWork on motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and controlsTroubleshoot problems quickly and get sites back up and runningHandle everything from small fixes to larger system repairsPreventative MaintenancePerform routine service to keep equipment running smoothlyCatch issues before they turn into downtimeFollow simple, effective maintenance routines (not overcomplicated checklists)Troubleshooting & Problem SolvingIdentify root causes—not just quick fixesThink on your feet when equipment goes downMake decisions in the field to keep operations movingTeam & Site SupportWork closely with site teams to keep everything operationalCommunicate clearly about issues and next stepsStep in where needed—this is a team-first environmentWhat This Job Feels LikeYou’re moving most of the day—this is not a sit-down roleYou’ll work indoors and outdoors, around active equipmentSome days are smooth.
