In this position, you will provide support and maintenance for backup and recovery systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure backup solutions operate efficiently. The role includes both on-site work and the flexibility to work remotely. You will collaborate with team members and clients to ensure robust data recovery and backup strategies.QualificationsProficiency in Backup Solutions and Backup & Recovery SystemsExperience with Troubleshooting and Data Domain technologiesStrong Technical Support skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve backup-related issuesExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a hybrid work environmentExperience with Acronis or similar backup solutions is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plusIndustry certifications in backup and recovery systems are advantageous
