The RN will utilize their knowledge of nursing principles, theories, and current methods to deliver individualized patient care by collaborating with patients, families, and the healthcare team. The RN will also direct nursing support staff in accordance with established nursing standards and departmental policies. ResponsibilitiesAssessing patients' needs and creating individualized care plansImplementing and evaluating patient care according to nursing practicesCollaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionalsDirecting nursing support staff for optimal patient care Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureGraduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)1 year of experience in an area of clinical specialty (Preferred)PA Registered Nurse License (Required)BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (Required) Schedule This position includes a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, consisting of 3 shifts per week.
