Registered Nurse - ICU FloatNight shift (NOC): 19:00 – 07:30, with 3 × 12 hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week.Auto Offers - ICU Float Every other weekend, Only 5 days of RTO total, if 5 days are taken consecutively, 1 week will be added to the end of contract Will not have to work the day of the holidays but must be available to work the days before and after the holidays; Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day.Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse (RN) in this position will primarily work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and will float to step-down units, Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU), and Emergency Department (ED) for ICU holds/borders as necessary. The RN may also be assigned to Women's and Family health areas in this facility, specifically for cases related to high-risk obstetrics.The RN will conduct assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate the needs of patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. This role requires collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care. The RN will lead nursing support staff and ensure adherence to nursing standards and policies.ResponsibilitiesAssess, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician direction.Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families to provide individualized care.Direct and guide nursing support staff in delivering patient care.Float as needed to various units while maintaining patient safety and care standards.Participate in orientation programs and ongoing education related to specialty areas.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureGraduate of an accredited school of nursing (Required)Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in the ICU (No new grads)Current PA Registered Nurse License (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support certification (Required)Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
