Discover our vibrant culture to get an inside look into life at Ware Malcomb and the programs we offer. https://waremalcomb.com/life-at-ware-malcomb/As a Marketing Associate at Ware Malcomb, you will support marketing efforts across the firm’s offices throughout the Americas, focusing primarily on the West Coast while driving coordination, consistency, and regional impact.Your RoleWrite, design, and produce proposals, presentations, brochures, and other material used to win new projectsResearch, design, write and produce promotional materials in alignment with Ware Malcomb's brand standardsIndustry event registration and planningManages Ware Malcomb's social media channelsWork with the marketing team reviewing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and bid/qualification request documentsPhotography coordinationHelp maintain data on the website, CRM, and intranetPress/MediaAwards/RankingsProvide administrative support including data entry and other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
