Senior Consultant, Employee Experience - Healthcare
Job Description: Work closely with healthcare clients to define organizational priorities.
Analyze workforce and experience data.
Deliver strategic recommendations.
Lead delivery workstreams and develop high-quality client deliverables.
Foster executive-level client relationships and identify opportunities for ongoing partnership and growth.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (required).
10+ years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience in hospital-based HR operations, including employee experience and workforce engagement initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in workforce engagement and employee experience data and methodology.
Experience leading large-scale process improvement and implementation initiatives.
Direct experience with healthcare consulting implementation strategies.
Strong project management experience.
Excellent analytical skills, including quantitative, qualitative, and conceptual analysis.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to travel up to 75%.
