Employee Relations Advisor

Job Description: Lead prompt, thorough, and objective investigations into employee concernsProvide expert coaching, guidance, and recommendations to HR Business PartnersServe as the primary point of contact for sensitive and escalated employee relations issuesAnalyze employee relations data to identify trends and improve employee experienceDevelop and facilitate training for managers and employees on key topicsPartner closely with our Legal team to ensure compliance with employment lawsMaintain meticulous and confidential records of investigations and employee relations casesHelp develop and refine HR policies and proceduresRequirements: 5+ years of progressive HR experience3+ years focused specifically on employee relations and conducting complex workplace investigationsIn-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulationsProven ability to manage sensitive and highly confidential information with discretionExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related fieldHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is highly desirableBenefits: Health insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offFlexible remote work optionsFree virtual counselling resourcesPaid parental leave and family planning supportVolunteer program support
