This position is hybrid remote/on-site.ResponsibilitiesProvide Administrative support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms.Specialize in System/Software Problem/Improvement Report (SPIR) Coordination support for Surface Ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.Accurately Input handwritten SPIR reports into the approved NSWC-PD SPIR Tracking ToolContinuously monitor the SPIR Tracking Tool DatabaseProvide weekly SPIR reports to the customerUtilization of SPIR Tracking Sheets and Databases to meet SURFMEPP product value stream by working closely with:Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Modernization Coordination OfficeTYCOMMSURFMEPP Community / NAVSEAAMS1QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of experience providing System/Software Problem/Improvement Report (SPIR) OR JIRA, R-Supply, One Touch, NALCOMMIS or OMMS-NG coordination for surface ships undergoing maintenance availabilities.2 years of experience in the utilization of tracking spreadsheets and databases.Specialize in Quality AssuranceActive Secret security clearance.Pay Transparency StatementAMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners.
