Account Director

We're hiring an Account Director.This is a senior role for someone who can lead client relationships, guide strong integrated work and drive meaningful business impact.At lūquire, Account Directors are business leaders first. They're as comfortable talking growth strategy with a CMO as they are rolling up their sleeves with Creative, Strategy, Media and Analytics to get it right.If you believe the best client relationships are built on trust, Kindor, and results — keep reading.What You'll Do:• Lead key client relationships, helping identify business challenges and delivering meaningful, insight-driven solutions• Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders and proactively uncover growth opportunities• Guide integrated teams to develop bold, effective marketing campaigns tied to real business impact• Maintain a high bar for work quality while ensuring projects stay on time, on budget and on scope• Mentor and develop Account Supervisors and Account Executives, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture• Oversee account financial health, manage complex scopes and support new business effortsWhat We're Looking For:• 10+ years of account service experience in an advertising or integrated marketing agency• Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and grow multimillion-dollar accounts• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in complex environments• Demonstrated leadership experience developing teams and emerging talent• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills• A collaborative mindset and a passion for making the work better every dayLocation:While lũquire employs a flexible remote work model, this role is based in Charlotte, NC. You'll need to be in the metro area (or willing to relocate asap!) and available for regular in-person collaboration.
