Every program is customized based on the clients goals and the opportunities in their market.Role SummaryThe Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for helping them get real value from their marketing investment.This role is about ownership and leadership, not just managing communication. The Account Manager works with internal specialists to guide strategy, interpret performance, and help clients make smarter marketing decisions.The person in this role must be comfortable thinking critically, asking good questions, and helping clients understand what is working, what needs to change, and where the opportunities are.What You'll DoGuide Client StrategyLearn each clients business, market, and growth goalsHelp translate those goals into clear marketing prioritiesProvide guidance and recommendations based on performance data and market trendsIdentify opportunities that could improve results or expand the accountBe the Clients Trusted AdvisorServe as the main point of contact for client communicationLead regular client conversations about performance, strategy, and next stepsExplain marketing performance in a way that makes sense to business owners and leadership teamsBuild long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and accountabilityBring Clarity to the Internal TeamClearly communicate client goals, priorities, and feedback to internal specialistsHelp ensure everyone understands what success looks like for the accountEncourage strong thinking and new ideas that could improve resultsStay Focused on ResultsMonitor performance trends across marketing channelsAsk questions when results dont make senseLook for ways to improve performance rather than simply maintaining the status quoSkills & Experience5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketingExperience working in a marketing agency environment is strongly preferredSolid understanding of digital marketing including Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, and website performanceStrong communication skills and the ability to explain marketing performance clearlyExceptional organization and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple client relationships at the same timeComfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shiftTools KnowledgePlatforms & Tools (Preferred Experience)Monday.com or a similar project management platformServiceTitan (home service CRM) strong plusHousecall Pro (home service CRM) plusHubSpot (CRM and marketing automation)CallRail (call tracking and lead attribution)Marketing & Reporting ToolsGoogle AdsGoogle Analytics / GA4Meta Ads ManagerSEO tools such as SEMrushGoogle Looker Studio or similar reporting platformsThe Kind of Person Who Does Well HereThe best Account Managers at Gemini are curious, organized, and proactive.They take ownership of their accounts and naturally look for ways to improve things rather than waiting to be told what to do.They stay calm when things get busy or complicated and focus on solving the problem.They are confident speaking with clients and comfortable having honest conversations about what is working and what needs to change.They also enjoy learning.
