Client Relations Representative

Job Overview: Our firm is currently expanding to meet client demand, and looking to fill a full-time Client Relations Representative role immediately. You will be the face of our clients in this hands-on, customer focused position working with fellow team members to facilitate customer outreach initiatives and meeting sales goals. Entry Level Client Relations Representative Responsibilities: Customer outreach Sales presentations Tracking and recording all sales activity Assisting with the enrollment process Stay up to date on all product knowledge, available promotions and services Be able to confidently answer any customer questions or concerns Entry Level Client Relations Representative Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail or similar industry preferred but not required Confident in your leadership abilities Excellent communication skills Comfortable thinking on your feet and problem solving as issues or questions arise Comfortable working with customers directly Able to work as part of a team and independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week Benefits: Professional development assistance Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: Lees Summit, MO: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
