Alternative Investment Operations Specialist

Join our dynamic Institutional Banking team as an Alternative Investment Operations Specialist! As an essential part of our Transfer Agency team, you will ensure the accurate daily balancing of all transactions, maintaining precision down to the last penny. You will also play a critical role in setting up new funds as they come on board.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Utilizing your eye for detail to balance and review transactions for alternative investment accounts with complete accuracy.Engaging with our clients through emails and phone calls, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Being a part of a dual control environment, where you'll have the chance to grow into a reviewer role as you advance in your career.This position offers a flexible work schedule, a friendly and casual dress code, and a supportive atmosphere with accessible management.
