This role involves hands on responsibility across patent and IP disputes in federal court, including drafting briefs and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, working closely with technical experts, supporting PTAB proceedings when they run in parallel, and helping shape case strategy from early evaluation through trial prep, all while communicating directly with clients and keeping things efficient and drama free.
