Injection Molding Repair Tech

PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Complex Troubleshooting: Analyze mold-related problems on molded parts and execute repairs; perform conversions and repairs even while molds remain in the press.; Precision Machining: Operate standard and specialized machine shop equipment including EDM, Jig Bore, Jig Grinder, and ID/OD Grinders.; Assembly & Inspection: Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble mold plates and components based on analysis results and blueprints.; Project Leadership: Layout complex jobs and see them through to completion; direct the work of lower-level classifications (B or C) by assigning and checking tasks.; Documentation: Maintain rigorous records of all tasks performed and ensure all safe work procedures are strictly followed.
