This position works under general supervision to perform a full range of custodial tasks. These tasks are assigned and related to the maintenance of buildings and grounds, or for other special projects.Duties PerformedProvide routine cleaning services effectively and efficiently in and around the assigned building(s) including, but not limited to dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and stocking supplies. Discard trash, recyclables, cardboard, paper, and unwanted materials. Identify and report maintenance and repair needs and problems.Communicate respectfully and effectively with staff and customers regarding janitorial issues. Effectively communicate with the facility services manager and other team members. Perform other duties as assigned.
